Harm Reduction Program

The Harm Reduction Program focused on research and chemsex is an initiative designed to address the health and social challenges associated with the use of psychoactive substances in sexual contexts, commonly known as chemsex. Through evidence-based research, the program explores the biopsychosocial factors, substance use patterns, and associated risks, such as HIV/STI transmission and mental health issues, particularly among vulnerable populations. It aims to develop and promote practical strategies—such as education, safer sex practices, and access to health services—to minimize harm while respecting individual autonomy.
