Internship Overview

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity to support our Tuberculosis (TB) Project, providing hands-on experience in public health implementation and community healthcare programs.

Learning Objectives

  • Gain practical experience in public health program implementation
  • Develop skills in community health outreach and education
  • Learn about TB prevention, control, and treatment strategies
  • Understand healthcare project management and documentation
  • Build professional experience in the public health sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Support community outreach and TB awareness campaigns
  • Assist in TB screening activity coordination
  • Learn and apply health data collection methods
  • Help develop health education materials
  • Support project documentation and reporting
  • Participate in team meetings and planning sessions

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (Public Health, Healthcare, Social Work, or related disciplines)
  • Strong academic performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional and reliable attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local language and culture
  • Previous experience in community work
  • Basic understanding of public health principles
  • Interest in TB and infectious disease control
